Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the SRE Racing website and any inquiry, quote, purchase, or custom project involving gas-powered RC engines, performance work, parts, and related services.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging with SRE Racing for products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit orders or project requests.
These Terms apply together with any written quote, invoice, build agreement, or order confirmation we provide. If there is a conflict, the signed or written order documents control for that specific transaction.
About SRE
SRE Racing (Small Racing Engines) has been in business since 2003 and has completed over 1,000+ builds. We are an RC racing and performance brand focused on gas-powered large-scale RC drag racing. We design, build, sell, and service small racing engines and related performance components, and we offer custom build and performance work for serious large-scale racers.

Products & Services
We offer engines, parts, performance packages, custom builds, and related services for large-scale gas RC applications. Product descriptions, specifications, and photos on this site are for general information. Actual configurations, finishes, and availability may vary.
Performance gains, run times, and durability depend on many factors including fuel, tuning, chassis setup, operator skill, maintenance, and track conditions. We do not guarantee specific race results or lap times.
Inquiries, Quotes & Orders
This website is inquiry-based. Submitting a contact form does not create a binding order. A purchase or custom project begins only when you accept a written quote, invoice, or order confirmation and satisfy any stated deposit or payment requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate specifications (engine size, mounting, fuel system, vehicle details, etc.). Incorrect information may affect pricing, compatibility, delivery time, and performance outcomes.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Quotes may expire after a stated period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in material costs, scope, or specifications requested after a quote is issued.
Payment terms (deposit, balance due, accepted methods) will be specified on your quote or invoice. Work on custom builds or performance services may not begin until required deposits are received.
Custom Builds & Performance Work
Custom engine work, performance packages, and bespoke builds require mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and acceptance criteria before work begins. Timelines are estimates and may change due to parts availability, testing, or unforeseen mechanical issues discovered during disassembly or inspection.
You authorize us to perform agreed work and to substitute equivalent components when necessary, unless you request otherwise in writing and we agree.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery estimates will be communicated at checkout or on your invoice. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Engines and fuel-system components may be subject to carrier restrictions or hazardous materials handling. You are responsible for complying with local import, transport, and storage regulations.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Because many SRE products involve custom configuration, performance modification, or built-to-order work, all sales are generally final unless we state otherwise in writing. Return eligibility for standard parts will be described on your invoice or quote.
Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper tuning, incorrect fuel or lubricants, crash damage, normal wear, or modifications by third parties. Warranty claims must be reported promptly with supporting details.
Product Use & Safety
Gas-powered RC engines produce heat, noise, exhaust, and rotating components. Products are intended for experienced operators in controlled racing or workshop environments. You assume all risk of injury, property damage, or mechanical failure associated with installation, tuning, and operation.
- Follow all manufacturer, sanctioning body, and local safety requirements.
- Use appropriate fuel, lubricants, ignition, and exhaust handling practices.
- Never operate engines indoors without proper ventilation.
- Keep spectators, minors, and untrained persons clear of running equipment.
SRE is not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper installation, tuning, racing, or failure to follow safety guidance.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, photography, logos, and materials are owned by SRE or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRE and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, race entry fees, or downtime, arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRE from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or track rules.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where SRE primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless we agree to an alternative process in writing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the site or acceptance of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
